Waiver/Assumption of Risk/Agreement of Hire.

Prior to Hiring the bikes our waiver / hire agreement / assumption of risk MUST be read, acknowledged, signed and sent back with a photographic form of ID. If form is not returned before hiring, your booking with Briary bikes will automatically be cancelled and your deposit non refunded.

Our Promise to you

Being safe whilst having fun is our priority so we would like to assure you that Briary Bikes are fully insured, our bikes have passed safety checks before every hire and are regularly serviced by a qualified bike mechanic.
